Summit Partners was founded with a straightforward premise: that business owners and executives deserve access to thoughtful, senior-level advisory support without the overhead and complexity of large consulting firms.
Our founding team came together after years of experience in corporate strategy, private equity, and executive leadership across Southeast Asian markets. What united us was a shared observation—many capable business leaders felt underserved by the consulting options available to them. They wanted substantive advice, not slide decks. They wanted partners who would take time to understand their specific situations, not consultants who arrived with predetermined solutions.
From our base in Kuala Lumpur, we've had the privilege of working with business owners navigating ownership transitions, organizations seeking to strengthen their innovation capabilities, and senior leaders looking to sharpen their effectiveness.
